Make an online purchase in a physical store INSIDE
You can make an online purchase at any of our stores.
If you do not find the item you want in the store, you can place an online order at the same store. Check with our store staff, and they will do it for you.
Payment must be made by card and on the spot right after having placed the order.
You can choose to pick up the order in store, either at the one you place the order or another one, or receive it at home. In this case, remember that home delivery is free for orders over €30. Check here for further information on shipping costs.
How to know the status of an order placed in store
Once you have placed the order in the store, you will receive an email with information about the different status your order will go through; confirmation, exit to store, received in store and ready for collection.
How to return or exchange an item from an order placed in store
If the collection method was "store pickup", you can only return or exchange an item at any of our stores.
You just have to bring the item or items you want to change or return to any INSIDE store showing your purchase receipt.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days as from the date in which the order was received.
Remember that all items must be in perfect conditions and keep all the labels.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, changes or returns of underwear, masks, jewelry, cosmetic or perfume items are not allowed.
