If you have placed the order from your registered account, you can access the section “My Orders” within “My Account” and you will be able to follow the status of all your orders. You can access from here, by clicking on the following button:
You will see the different status in which the order can be found: in preparation, ready to dispatch, sent to the store, delivered to the agency, and so on.
In orders with home delivery, you will also have the link/tracking to see the status of the package at all times, according to the information provided by the transportation agency.
For all shipments, either to be collected at store or to be delivered at home, you will receive email notifications informing you about the status of your orders at all times.
If you placed the order as a guest, at the moment you won't see the order status on your website, but you will have all the relevant information instantly, in the emails you will receive.
