General conditions
Due to the upcoming Christmas dates, and to facilitate and provide security for your purchases, we are opening the 'Go ahead and buy' period. Purchases made after 11-14-22 have an extended return period, until 01-15-23.
- Do I have to pay anything for my return?
Returns at INSIDE are FREE, as long as you choose one of the return methods we offer.
- How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase, either in cash, card or gift receipt. In case of returning an online purchase, the process is carried out in the same way that the purchase was made. If it was made by card, the money will be returned to the card used to pay and if the payment was made with PayPal, the money will be refunded to that same PayPal account.
- If I return, do I recover the shipping costs I paid for the purchase?
Only when the entire order is returned and for exceptional reasons such as: (defects, size errors, products that do not correspond to those purchased, etc.). - When will I receive my refund?
Once it is verified that all returned items are in perfect conditions and bear their original labels, the return is approved and an email is sent to you to confirm you the exact amount that will be credited to your account in a few days. Remember that the payment of the amount by credit card will always depend on your bank.
