You can always make a return at any INSIDE store, either for an order received at home, or picked up at the store.
- For the return in physical INSIDE stores, it is not necessary to make any prior request of return on the Website or APP.
- You just have to go to the store with the items you want to return and present your purchase receipt at the checkout.
- You also have the option to make changes if you wish.
