Can I cancel my order?
If you have already confirmed your order, you cannot automatically cancel it.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact our Customer Service Dept as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been prepared, we can cancel it.
If your order has been successfully cancelled, you will receive the full refund of the paid amount, by the same payment method you used, in a few days.
However, remember that you can always make a return of the order any time, within the fixed period referred above for changes and returns.
