Shopping at inside-shops.com is very simple. You just have to follow these steps:
- Browse through our categories (t-shirts, pants, sweatshirts, etc.) or search for the garments that most interest you using our search engine.
- Once you have found the garment or garments you want to buy, select your size (and color if available in more than one) and click on Add to cart.
- When you have all your products in the cart, click on it and make sure you do not need anything else. If you have any discount coupon (or voucher) to apply, do it now, and once done you can proceed with your purchase, either as a registered customer or as a guest.
- How to place an order with my account. If you already have a customer account, choose the "I am already a customer" option, enter your username/password, and click on continue. If you are not a customer yet, in this step you can also choose the "Create an account" option, and once you have filled in all the necessary data, you will instantly become a registered customer.
- How to place an order as a guest. You can also choose the "Guest" option if you like. You will have to fill in some basic information; such as your name, email, telephone and continue with the process.
- Next, you choose the shipping method: home delivery or store pickup. Make sure that the shipping address details are correct or select the store where you want your order to be shipped to, in the store locator. Remember that delivery to the store is free with no purchase limit, while home delivery costs are free for purchases over €30. For more information, click on shipping costs.
- Then, select the payment method which you wish to make the purchase with. The cards we accept are Visa and Mastercard; or if you like you can make the payment through PayPal (in the case of paying by PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page).
- As soon as the process is ended, you will receive a confirmation email from our system to confirm that you have successfully placed your order.
- You can check your order details, status or get an electronic receipt.
From the shopping cart, you can view the content of the purchase and modify or delete the number of units in your order. Bear in mind that the items are reserved in the cart for a short period of time, so we cannot guarantee the stock of those items. In case one of them runs out, it will be shown in your shopping cart.
This is the digital copy of your purchase receipt.
Once the purchase is made, you will receive a confirmation email. You will find a confirmation email with attached a PDF file of your purchase receipt.
You can also download it from the section “My account”---> "My orders". On the order, click on "See details" and then on "Download Receipt"
The electronic receipt has the same validity as the paper receipt.
