When is the payment charged?
All transactions made with credit and debit cards, or Paypal are charged inmediately to the bank account at the time of purchase.
Can I pay when I receive the goods?
No, cash on delivery is not possible and payments in cash only applies to products purchased directly from physical stores. Payment is made online once the order is confirmed.
Why has my credit card been declined?
Your card may be declined for any of the following reasons:
- The card might be expired: check your card expiry date.
- Your card limit might have been reached: check with your bank if the card has exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.
- Some data entered might be incorrect: check if you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.
Is it safe to use my credit card on this website?
Yes, we use the SSL system to encrypt and transmit the payment details. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank so that the buyer can authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
If you have any problem when making the payment and your case does not coincide with any of the reasons mentioned above why your payment is being rejected, we recommend that you contact your bank so that they can provide you with more information.
I have a promotional code. When can I redeem it?
Promotional codes can be applied directly at the shopping cart or just before finalizing the purchase in the "Summary of your order". Click on "DO YOU HAVE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?", enter your code and click on VALIDATE CODE. This way the discount will be applied directly to your purchase. It is important to bear in mind that not all promotional codes are valid when other promotions are active, as they are not cumulative with other discounts. If this happens, you will see that some discounts that were active before they will no longer be once you enter the coupon, they will be cancelled.
Request an invoice
To request a purchase invoice, you must contact the Customer Service department (clientes@inside-shops.com) and provide us with the necessary tax information. We will send you the invoice by regular mail.
